updates
the living record of what was worked on and changed on shinnslist — as it ships, not after. every entry is clickable: tap one to see the change itself, exactly where it lives on the site. work still underway is marked in progress, never presented as done.

watch alerts — parcels on the move
saved parcels are re-checked against every daily freeze of the confidence engine. when a watched parcel climbs a tier, moves on a buyer lens, or lists, it shows up here — real diffs between real freezes only, generated by scripts/monitor-diff.mjs.

entries are appended on every ship by scripts/log-update.mjs; the data file is updates.json.
